National Stroke Week is an initiative of the Stroke Foundation. Running from the 15th-21st September, the aim of National Stroke Week is to help raise awareness about stroke prevention.

Many incidence of stroke are preventable and can be managed through lifestyle factors including diet and exercise. Based on this we will run a Stroke Safe Awareness Seminar, it is the only National Stroke Week event of this kind in the Illawarra.
