About the Presenter:
Tom Ellicott is an Accredited Specialist in Business Law and he is a Director of Access Business Lawyers. Tom leads the Commercial Law Practice Group at Access and with his team he is involved in providing services to SME's and a number of public companies in respect of acquisitions, the establishment of supply agreements and trading terms, employment law, service agreements, compliance and, occupational health and safety.
Tom's team also provides advice in respect of intellectual property rights including the preparation of licence agreements and other complex commercial arrangements including the establishment of partnerships, joint ventures and other business structures.
Tom is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales and the Safety Institute of Australia. He is heavily involved as an honorary solicitor with local charities and sporting organisations.
Tom grew up at Thirroul and he still lives there. He is married with two young energetic children who know a lot more about computers than he does.
