What’s the Score?

The full time whistle is about to blow

But before we get into that, how’d you go last week with your assessment of whether you are running a bank or a business?

“I’m not sure what you mean, Paul.”

Well, go back and read last week’s article and all will be made clear... there are some practical steps you can take to protect your business.

And now as we approach the middle of June ‘09 the full time whistle is about to blow on the end of the financial year.

So, how’d you go?

Are you keeping score... I mean proper score of the things that count?

Surely you don’t want to be having this conversation with your accountant:
Accountant: “You know Joe, you did OK last year, you made $X in Net Profit.”
Business Owner: “Well if I made all that money, where the %^*) is it?”

Yep, you see that conversation gets repeated year in, year out between accountants and their clients in different forms.

Wouldn’t it be much better if you had a SYSTEM in place that systematically ensured that profits were quarantined so that they could fund other moneymaking investments, which in turn could fund the toys, and/or lifestyle that you deserve?

Of course it would.

The key is that the use of such a SYSTEM does not happen by accident. It happens by deliberate choice: the choice to invest in a SYSTEM that will guarantee results.

OK, this is where I do a sales pitch. Close your eyes and ears if you don’t want to hear.
