Change: it never stops

Illawarra Regional Event - 5 August

We are reminded constantly that change must be accommodated and managed in order that business survives and thrives. The current level of turmoil that is driven by the global economic scene reinforces the change message.
This interactive breakfast event will deal with change. Three guest presenters will address different aspects of change and then take questions from the floor.

Guest presenters:

Melicia Weitsz is an Organisational Psychologist/Career Transition Manager and she will speak about the underlying processes that facilitate change activity.

John Davey is Change Management Lead with Pillar Administration. Pillar Administration is the largest superannuation fund manager in NSW. From a business perspective, they are impacted upon from all directions and must be alert to the need for organizational progress and adaptation on an ongoing basis. John will describe where and how Pillar meets these demands.
