GETTING STARTED ONLINE

Break down barriers and lift the fog. We can provide the basic knowledge, support and encouragement for small businesses to enter and operate effectively online through your own website. You will gain working knowledge of the terminology required to investigate setting up your first website, and learn the basic tools to establish a web presence and utilise all the web-based business services available, e.g. BAS online, PayPal and e-Banking.

STEPPING UP ONLINE

This stage addresses the needs of businesses who are confident to move on, and/or already have an existing website that might be under-utilised.
Attend our face-to-face workshops where topics will include: e-Marketing, search engine optimisation, driving traffic to your website with SME strategies, learning about URLs and Content Management Systems.
You will gain more complex knowledge to negotiate web-based business activities and feel confident that what they are developing will actually meet your business needs.

ADVANCED MARKETING ONLINE

The Advanced stage is for experienced businesses who have had a website for several years and who want to move into serious e-Marketing, implement the  latest techniques and utilise the latest training opportunities by doing it themselves and who do not wish to employ an SME consultant.
You can broaden your sales base and exposure to the global market place! We will give you the ability to adapt your own website to suit a changing market.

Attend our FREE Wollongong “Getting Started Online” seminar on Friday 7 May 2010 to learn how to:
• Use online business services
• E-Marketing to grow your database
• Develop an effective website
• Drive traffic to your website to increase profits
