In Libra we see the value of human interchange, the reality of living together and moving forward. We come to the eighth sign of the zodiac Scorpio where, from the reality of human interchange, the energy is born of communal feelings and realisations. To know that the community exists and to work for it belongs to Libra whereas in Scorpio there must be identification.
Here we see the yearning to identify the self with something greater, to transcend the self with the greater whole of humanity. The sex force of Scorpio is not to be confused with the progeny building of Taurus but rather as a means to reach liberation from the narrow limits of self where an individual can become more than himself.
